Day 43 - Paso Robles to Calistoga

California roadside rest stop - Mission style - with recycler.

Out on the backroads behind Paso, we find more suspicious activities. Here, they are pumping a mysterious orange liquid out of the ground.

Further along, odd green tractors are tilling the ground with tiny little proby things.

Of course, all the mission scientists gather at The Hole.

I spot the advert for "Garlic Wine" just as Wendy hits the gas.

The Black Helicopters have been very interested in us all day.

It's no surprise since we are near the Centre of Galactic Weirdness.

At last, the refuge of Veraison in Calistoga.
